Refund & Exchange Policy

At Big3z Productions, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products that inspire creativity. Since all our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was selected at checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a free reprint or a full refund once the item is returned.

✔ The product arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, incorrect item).
✔ You report the issue within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the defect.
✔ If multiple products with the same design are affected, a photo or video showing all impacted items in one frame is required.

✘ Orders placed with the wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer.
✘ Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products.
✘ Unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. A reprint can be requested for an additional charge, or a partial refund may be issued.

🔹 Preferred option: We will issue a free reprint for any eligible issue.
🔹 If a refund is requested, the item must be returned before processing the refund.
🔹 Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned product.
🔹 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
